The Central Department of Scholarships announces scholarships for master’s and doctoral degrees
Conditions for applying for the scholarship:
The candidate must be of Egyptian nationality
To work in one of the entities listed in the missions plan
The period of service in the employer shall not be less than one year.
The age should not be more than 33 years from the date of starting the advertisement
Documents required to apply for the scholarship:
A data form in Arabic approved by the employer
A letter from the employer addressed to the missions approving the student’s nomination for the scholarship, with a statement that he was not nominated for any of the other scholarships or scholarships.
Original and copy of the candidate’s certificate of passing 60 IBT TOEFL IBT or 6 IELTS scores, unless the awarding side requests a higher score.
A copy of the bachelor’s degree – estimation of the years of study (for the master’s degree)
A copy of the bachelor’s degree – estimation of the years of study – a master’s certificate (in English and approved) for a doctorate.
Acceptance letter from an educational university in Russia.
A copy of the application form for scholarships completed and approved by the employer to be copied from the website of the State of Russia after applying on the following link:

With the completion of all the documents required for the Russian side.
The required documents are delivered to the missions at the following address: 7 Ibrahim Abu Al-Naga St. – Al Sefarat District – Nasr City – Fourth Floor. Do not pay attention to the documents submitted by e-mail.
The last date for submitting completed nomination papers is on Wednesday 15/12/2021 at 2:30 pm.
The missions shall bear what is not borne by another party by completing the value of the grant provided by the Russian side according to the executive program for the scholars who were selected through the central administration of the missions.
