A symposium was held entitled “Climate Changes and their Negative Economic and Environmental Impacts” on Tuesday, November 28th 2023, at the college headquarters.

It was lectured by:

– Dr. Israa Saber  , Director of the Climate Change Research Department at the Environmental Affairs Agency.

The symposium included:

• An introduction to climate change and an explanation of the phenomenon of climate change and its concepts
• Causes of global warming and climate change
• The social, economic and environmental impacts of climate change
• Climate action as one of the sustainable development goals
• How to address climate change
• The impact of climate change on various development sectors in Egypt
• Egyptian efforts to limit climate change
