About the Department
The Department of Information Systems is concerned with teaching the basics of information systems, their analysis, design and applications, both current and advanced. The department is also concerned with teaching office automation, database systems of various types, data mining and knowledge discovery, and information center management. The Department of Information Systems is considered the link between computer science specializations and various fields of work, which helps students acquire the knowledge and skills to analyze and design information systems in any governmental or private business organizations and institutions.
