Unit Director's Word
The Measurement and Evaluation Unit is one of the main pillars of educational development, as it aims to ensure the achievement of justice and transparency in student evaluation, raise the efficiency of the educational process, and improve learning outcomes in line with quality standards and academic accreditation.
In the unit, we are keen to apply the latest methods in measurement and evaluation, and provide technical support to faculty members to develop evaluation tools, which contributes to improving students' academic performance and enhancing their ability to achieve the highest levels of excellence. We also work continuously to analyze evaluation results and benefit from them in improving study plans, which ensures the achievement of the college's vision and goals in preparing scientifically and practically qualified cadres.

Mission
The Measurement and Evaluation Unit seeks to improve the quality of the educational process at the college by developing assessment and measurement systems, ensuring fairness and transparency in student evaluation, and analyzing data for use in developing academic programs, while providing continuous support to faculty members and students to achieve the highest levels of performance and academic excellence.
Goals
Developing assessment and examination systems to ensure fairness and transparency in measuring student performance according to quality standards and academic accreditation.
Analyzing assessment and examination results to extract indicators that help improve the educational process and develop academic curricula and programs.
Providing various and advanced measurement tools that are compatible with the nature of the courses and enhance the accuracy of the assessment, such as electronic tests, practical assessments, and research projects.
Raising the efficiency of faculty members by providing workshops and training courses on the latest measurement and evaluation methods and the best international practices in this field.
Promoting the culture of self-assessment and continuous quality among faculty members and students, which contributes to improving academic performance at the individual and institutional levels.
Supporting students through guidance and awareness of various assessment mechanisms, to help them improve their academic skills and prepare well for exams.
Conducting periodic studies on the extent to which the targeted learning outcomes are achieved and the extent of student and faculty satisfaction with assessment systems, to ensure continuous development.
Using modern technology in assessment and examination processes, such as electronic tests and question banks, to achieve the highest levels of accuracy and objectivity.
Enhancing cooperation with other units within the college, such as the Quality Assurance and Academic Development Unit, to ensure integrated efforts towards improving the educational process.
Following up and evaluating students’ academic performance, monitoring strengths and weaknesses, and working to address them through development plans based on accurate and objective data.
