Unit Director's Word
The challenges we face today require us all to come together and work as one team to ensure the safety of our students, faculty and staff. Hence, we emphasize the importance of continuous training and raising awareness among everyone about how to deal with crises, whether natural or emergency, in a way that ensures reducing losses and preserving lives and property. We also emphasize the need to cooperate with the relevant authorities inside and outside the college to develop rapid response plans and update them continuously according to changes and developments. Achieving safety is our responsibility, and this can only be achieved through commitment, teamwork and sound planning.

Vision
To be a leading model in crisis and disaster management within the college, by applying the best international practices, and promoting a safe and sustainable educational environment that ensures the safety of all college members.
Mission
The Crisis and Disaster Unit seeks to develop strategic plans for risk management, and prepare to confront crises and emergencies with high efficiency, through continuous awareness, effective training, and coordination with the competent authorities, to ensure a safe educational environment that preserves lives and property and achieves the continuity of the educational process.

Goals
- Preparing emergency and rapid response plans to address potential crises and disasters within the college, to ensure the safety of individuals and facilities.
- Raising awareness and education among students, faculty members and staff about safety procedures and dealing with crises through workshops and training seminars.
- Conducting periodic simulation exercises to ensure everyone's readiness to respond quickly and effectively in various emergency situations.
- Coordinating and cooperating with relevant authorities such as civil protection, ambulance, and security agencies to ensure rapid intervention in the event of any crisis.
- Monitoring and analyzing potential risks within the college and assessing their impact, while developing preventive plans to reduce the chances of their occurrence.
- Providing a safe educational environment by applying security and safety standards and updating protection and early warning systems within the college.
- Forming rapid response teams trained to deal with crises, to ensure effective intervention and reduce damage in the event of emergency incidents.
- Evaluating performance after each crisis or training with the aim of improving plans and procedures and developing future confrontation methods.
